I have to say im a tad excited about the winter 05/06 trends..
It is filled with gorgeous rich colors – and 3 of them happen to be a personal favorite! Chocolate
browns, deep purples, rich teals – . Be sure to incorporate them into your everyday look – and don't forget
that good old black is back with a vengeance *hear me cheer*and looks stunning paired with teals and purples.
Music

For the autumn/winter season the dominant theme is the 1930s followed by a touch of Edwardian,
the 1950s plus a touch of 80s grooming. The emphasis is on glamour and form hugging styles. Delicate floral dresses are matched up with heavy knits, sheepskins
and furs.
Blazer jackets are very popular this season. We find masculine influence and deconstructed
tailoring that creates the business look. There are wool jackets with velvet trim. Blazer jackets are close fitting and should
be worn with skinny high-waisted flannel pants, which are almost as tight as leggings. This smart urban wear will extend your
line with really skinny heels. The military jacket will continue to look good for autumn and winter 2005. The bolero jacket
is also here to stay.

The waistcoat is back in fashion. This is a versatile item used to layer and work into any look. In this season the most
popular are fur vests that will dress up your jeans and give a sophisticated look.
Bohemian style continues its dominance through the fall and winter 2005. Must-haves are cowboy boots with
embroidery, knee-length skirts, long necklaces and horse-riding bags.
Fashion in this season is influenced by Russian elements. Satin bloomers, tactile embroideries and furs
give us a flavor of the luxury Russian look.
Other key pieces in autumn/winter 2005 include: floral-print tea dresses, roll-neck sweaters, check shirts,
tulip-shaped skirts, chunky knits, jacquard knits, satin camisoles and tweed jackets.

Glitz & Glam!!!
In the last few seasons, jewellery has made a welcome return after those dull minimal days of nothing, but tiny
diamond ear studs which do exude quality, but can be a bit boring day after day. If you are like me I still find them
great and keep a pair in my bag for those days when I find somehow I forgot to add my earrings. Nothing looks worse
than pierced 'bare' holes in the lobe. Wearing earrings is a finishing touch for everyone and if you do forget yours
it's a great excuse to buy a new pair!

Scarves
Scarves are wonderful accent pieces. Adding a new scarf to an old piece
of clothing can provide a much-needed “pop” of color, saving that great dress that still fits like a glove from
ending up in the Good Will box. Want to add a little extra style to your favorite pair of jeans? Weave a funky, printed scarf
through your belt loops and you're all set to go. These fun women's accessories are the perfect way to update your wardrobe
without breaking the bank.

Belts!!!

Belts are also a fabulous way to add a little pizzazz to your favorite dress, skirt, or old pair of jeans.
With so many different styles on the market today, you can create a different look every time and you'll never get bored.
You might choose a slinky and sophisticated chain belt one day and the next, decide to wear a metallic studded belt that shows
off more of your wild side. You might also want to select a belt based upon the hot colors of the season

Click Thoses Heels!!!
Dont get me started on shoese and boots ,is it just me
or are they every woman weakness :) Ankle boots, and tall boots are both in this season, and no matter what you're heel preference is,

Hair. It's one of any woman's daily concerns. Does it look right? It's just not turning out today? Why is
it so oily? Would I look better with a new style? How do I achieve that style- and who has time? What is the best product
for my hair? What about all the current trends for this season? How can my hair look like a celebrity? (or is that just
me .lol)
Pretty up your hair with hair accessories, combs, barrettes, decorative bobby pins, clips, butterflies and
hair bands. Yes hair bands. Claire's Accessories are selling hair bands in suede effects although these are wider
